Gudkova was recognized as a candidate of opposition in the election of the head of the Moscow Region

The Coordinating Council of the opposition supported in the elections of the Governor of the Moscow Region, ex-deputy of the State Duma Gennady Gudkov as a single opposition candidate. The voting protocol is published on the Democracy website2.ru. In support of Gudkov’s nomination, 20 CSO members of 41 voted on the site. Another CSR participant, Sergei Udaltsov, who was under house arrest, voted by e -mail. Thus, Gudkov enlisted the support of the majority of the Council.

For the recognition of Gudkov, an opposition to the governors of the Moscow Region, among others, spoke out by Alexei Navalny, Boris Nemtsov, Sergey Parkhomenko, Ksenia Sobchak. One vote in his support, while decisive, gave Gennady Gudkov himself. Three members of the CSR - Igor Artemov, Andrei Illarionov and Oleg Kashin voted against Gudkov’s candidacy.

On the eve of the vote on the candidacy of a single opposition candidate in the elections of the Moscow Mayor ended with a scandal. The leader of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov expressed disagreement with the fact that instead of the unified document "On the support of the candidates of A. A. Navalny and S. S. Udaltsov in the elections of the Moscow Mayor" On the Democracy website2.ru, two separate issues were published. As a result, 26 members of the CSR spoke out in support of Navalny, which gives him the status of a single opposition candidate. For Udaltsov, only two CSR members voted in a separate survey. At the same time, a single document "On the support of the candidates of A.A. Navalny and S.S. Udalsov in the elections of the mayor of Moscow", also put up for the vote, received the support of 12 members of the CSR.

The position of Udaltsov on Twitter conducted by his supporters is that the Unified Candidate from the opposition should be determined only "based on the results of the registration of candidates and taking into account their current rating." In addition, the leader of the Left Front considered a violation of the CSR regulations "any statements about making a decision on a single candidate until the end of the vote."

In a commentary on the voting page for his own candidacy, Navalny thanked the CSR members for trust. In response, a member of the council, political analyst Andrei Illarionov said : "You have not received trust - you lost it."

Illarionov accused Navalny of deceit. “You and your supporters of the Constitutional Court of the Constitutional Court to make the issues of supporting both candidates with questions about separate voting on your candidacy and on the candidacy of Sergei Udaltsov convincingly indicates that you can’t trust. Neither in the small nor big,” Illarion wrote.

On Friday, the Moscow branch of the RPR-Parnas voted for the navigation of Navalny to mayor. 88 activists spoke out for this, there were 8 against 8. Earlier, his candidacy was supported by the federal party bureau.

“I’m going to the polls to tear out Moscow from Putin and return power to Muscovites,” Navalny said at a meeting of the Moscow party. In his speech, he also talked about the reconstruction of the city, the new general plan, problems of migration and healthcare. It also became known that the economic part of Navalny’s election program will be prepared by the former rector of the Russian Economic School Sergey Guriev, who recently emigrated from Russia.

Meanwhile, Udaltsov also declared his intention to nominate in the mayors of Moscow. On June 8, he sent a petition to the TFR about the possibility of personally submit documents in the Moscow City Walker. At the same time, Udaltsov called on all the left forces to agree on the support of a single candidate. He also stated that he was ready for negotiations with representatives of political movements of a different sense for nomination to the election of a single candidate from the entire opposition.
