Against the backdrop of rumors about the uninhabited top manager of the famous state-owned company, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich announced that the leadership of businesses controlled by the state will not be relaxed. The government will replace those managers who will be ineffective, threatened the Deputy Prime Minister.
“We will do it. Ineffective will have to leave, ” Dvorkovich said .
The measure of efficiency will be reducing costs:
“We will take the best companies in the market in terms of the ratio of costs and the output of services and products and will push the state -owned companies to reduce their costs to the same level. <...> I think this will bring the result. In many cases, this will require managing management. ”
The requirement to reduce costs will affect the largest businesses of the state, including Gazprom, Rosneft and Russian Railways, the Deputy Prime Minister announced.
Recall that the first attempt to dismiss the state -owned company manager was unsuccessful: the lover of the capercaillie and the head of the Russian Railways Vladimir Yakunin, the rumor about whose departure swept the day before yesterday, said that the news of dismissal was not even spoiled by his appetite; Vladimir Putin laughed, Yakunin admitted.
