Today, on June 28, during the operational-search events, the former director of the Vinogradovsky branch of Arkhoblenergo OJSC Alexander Khavriko was detained . He is accused of assigning funds that are completely using his official position.

According to the press service of the regional department of the FSB, 61-year-old Havriko from August 2009 to April 2010, being the head of the Arkhoblenergo branch, made the assignment of funds entrusted to him by the energy enterprise.

On the revealed facts of theft in December 2012, the FSB investigative unit was instituted. Havriko, having learned about this, disappeared from the investigation authorities and was in Ukraine for four months.

Currently, the ex-director was detained, a preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen to him. We add that the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, sane by Alexander Havriko, belongs to the category of serious crimes: he faces a punishment of imprisonment up to six years.
