Avtosak with detained after a rally in honor of the 50th anniversary of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Old Arbat, Moscow
June 24, Monday
The judge of the Zamoskvoretsky court Lyudmila Moskalenko did not let the public on the court hearings in the case of the "Prisoner of Bolotnaya" Mikhail Kosenko . The judge announced the process without explanation closed.
June 25, Tuesday
Civil activist Pavel Shekhtman was detained on the roof of the "House of Bolkonskiy" on Vozdvizhenka Street in Moscow . The action was made by him in an attempt to protect a building representing historical value from demolition by decision of the city authorities.
June 26 Wednesday
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for six months suspended the activities of the Voice Association, recognizing it as a “foreign agent” . In the current conditions, the leadership of the association intends to eliminate it as a legal entity and register a new one.
A rally in honor of the 50th anniversary of Mikhail Khodorkovsky was held on Tver Boulevard in Moscow. 300 people took part in it. After the rally, an action was held in support of Khodorkovsky on the Old Arbat, where 46 civilian activists were detained by the police.
June 27, Thursday
Member of the Constitutional Court of retreat Tamara Morshchakova and the deputy director of the Center for Legal and Economic Research by the Higher School of Economics, Mikhail Subbotin, were interrogated in the RF IC in the framework of the Yukos case. Both of them, as experts, took part in writing an independent examination in the Yukos case, who recognized the illegality of the second sentence to Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Plato Lebedev.
The Ministry of Justice introduced the first Russian NGOs in the register of “foreign agents” . It was an organization entitled “Promoting the development of competition in the CIS countries”-it receives funding from abroad.
The prosecutor’s office came with the check to the charity organization of the Mosaic of Happiness Foundation , which is engaged in the help of orphans, disabled people and the development of volunteer organizations. The audit, according to law enforcement officers, is caused by a deputy request.
