The law establishes fines for citizens in the amount of 4-5 thousand rubles, for officials - from 40 to 50 thousand rubles. For legal entities, a fine of 800 thousand to 1 million rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days is provided for legal entities. For the same acts using the media or the Internet, a fine of 50 to 100 thousand rubles is expected for citizens, for officials - from 100 to 200 thousand, for legal entities - a fine of 1 million rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
For foreigners, in addition to fines, expulsion is provided outside the borders of Russia, which may be preceded by an arrest for up to 15 days.
