The Ministry of Finance provided for increasing the salaries of civil servants by 2.6 times

The Ministry of Finance laid in the draft federal budget for 2014-2016 135 billion rubles to increase the salaries of federal state civil servants. The salaries of civil servants should become competitive in the labor market, President Vladimir Putin demanded in the inaugural decree "On the improvement of the government system."

As the Vedomosti resembles, by 2018, the salary in the civil service will increase 2.6 times and will exceed the average economy by 1.7 times. According to the Federal State Statistics Service, in 2012, the salary of the central devices of federal departments on average was 72,100 rubles, their colleagues in regional administrations were 27,900.

The average salary in Moscow, where the central devices of departments are located, amounted to 60,200 rubles in the same year, the average in Russia - 27,300.

Additional money will allow next year to increase the wage fund of the central devices of departments by 50%, and territorial bodies - by 14%. The increase will not affect the employees of the presidential administration and the government apparatus: their salaries last year equated to the military salaries, and now the Kremlin official receives 166,100 rubles on average, and government - 162,900.

Previously, Rosstat calculated that the wages of Russian officials increased in the first nine months of this year by 13.1%. The average salary of a resident of the country today is 26.3 thousand rubles, over a year it has grown by only 12.1%.

According to the Ministry of Labor, the salary of a civil servant accounts for 17.8%, the rest is a bonus. The Ministry of Finance proposes to send additional money to increase the premium fund, and not the basic part.

The prestige of the official of the official is growing, the publication believes: the indexation of salaries will fix this trend, plus civil servants a good social package. Working as an official, you can earn not only money, but also connections, experience that will allow you to make a successful career in private business after leaving the civil service.

An increase in salaries after 2016 is possible only by optimizing their number, otherwise the load on the budget increases several times, the first deputy Minister of Finance Tatyana Nesterenko warns: even with doctors and teachers the salary promoted by the government will be provided by 30% due to staff reductions.
