Detentions in Moscow on July 18, 2013

OVD Presnya (21 people): Anna Frachtman, Andrei Pinchuk, Sergey Yakimenko, Georgy Kolpakov, Vladimir Ulyanov, Andrei Gorobchenko, Alexey Mishin, Roman Popkov, Yaroslav Nesterov, Alexander Makarov, Vladimir Vaitin, Konstantin Yankauskas, Alexander Orlov, Nikita Lukyanov, Yevgeny Sangadzhiev, Ruslan Rafikov, Tatiana Yamaleeva, Veniamin Volkov, Dmitry Abramov, Sergey Sokolov, Vladimir Zaikin.

At first they refused to allow lawyers to see the detainees. Protocols are drawn up under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code.

Tverskoye Department of Internal Affairs:

paddy wagon 1 (9 people): Victor Rybochkin, Ivan Shatrazin, Pavel Medvedev, Sergey Shamatrin, Victor Shmidt, Ilya Pavyshev, Alexander Smiorodov, Yuri Yurkin, Sergey;

paddy wagon 2 ( 4 people): Lvov Alexander, Gribunin Pavel, Zhankov Kirill, Pozdnyakov Mark;

All adult detainees were released after drawing up protocols under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code. Three minors remained in the police department, including Mark Pozdnyakov. The police department later reported that they were released.

Department of Internal Affairs Kitay-Gorod (1 person): re-detained Ekaterina Maldon was released without drawing up a report after writing an explanatory note.

OVD Meshchanskoye (9 people): Anna Frakhtman, Alexander Makarov and others;

all detainees, except Makarov, were released.

Released without being taken to the police station:

paddy wagon 1 (8 people): Ekaterina Maldon, Vladimir Malyshev, Pavel Efimov, Lyubov Podoynitsyna, Artur Turinov, Alina Bykovskaya, Pavel Tikhonov, Sergey Ukhov;

paddy wagon 2 (5 people): Ildar Yakupov, Oleg Simonov, Dmitriy Pskialadze, Andrey Kuznetsov, Alexander Koshelev;

paddy wagon 3 (the number of detainees is unknown): Yulia Galyamina and others;

separate arrests: Vitaly Shushkevich, Alexander Burtin, Mikhail Seleznev, Dmitry Monakhov (beaten and thrown out of the paddy wagon) - all of them were released without being taken to the police station.
