The killer of an eight -year -old girl in Tatarstan received a life sentence

The Supreme Court of Tatarstan on Friday sentenced the citizen of Uzbekistan Farrukh Tashbaev, found by the jury by the court guilty of abduction, rape and brutal murder of eight -year -old Vasilisa Galitsyna from Naberezhnye Chelny, to life imprisonment, RIA Novosti reports.

The man was charged with four articles: abduction, rape, violent actions of a sexual nature, the murder of a minor. The jury college on July 12 unanimously found Tashbaeva guilty of all the episodes of the prosecution. The state prosecutor in the debate asked the court to appoint Tashbaev a punishment in the form of life imprisonment.

The second -gradary Vasilisa Galitsyna disappeared on February 2 on the way home from the choreography lesson. On February 5, the police detained on suspicion of killing a girl of 30-year-old Tashbaev. The girl’s body was found on February 6. According to the examination, she died as a result of abundant blood loss from stab wound to the chest area, traces of strangulation and sexual violence were also found on the body.

After the killer confessed to the deed, a spontaneous rally took place in the Naberezhnye Chelny. Hundreds of cars headed for the city hall - so the Chelny residents decided to honor the memory of the deceased girl. The rally ended with a spontaneous rally at which the audience demanded the immediate execution of the killer.
