The meeting with Udaltsov and deputy Ilya Ponomarev in Perm took place on September 1, 2012, that is, after the events in Bolotnaya Square, Echo Perm notes. The action was agreed with the authorities. Its organizer really was Kasimov.

After a search conducted by Kasimov, he was taken away in an unknown direction. For several hours, nothing was known about his whereabouts.

It is reported that the investigator from Moscow talked with Kasimov. At the same time, they denied the CPE that Kasimov was with them. “I called the Poli Perm police department. They deny that Kasimov had them. I called the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee. They assured that Kasimov was not related to the detention of Kasimov and redirected me to the E Center. But they also said that Kasimov did not receive them,” said Igor Averkiev, executive director of the Perm Civil Chamber.

The search began at about 7:30, the wife of Kasimova Tatyana Leushina said earlier. Information carriers were seized.
