The Yaroslavl Oblazbirk received documents from the Civil Platform on the “Civil Platform” for the registration of a party list in the regional Duma. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the party. The list is headed by the mayor of the regional center Yevgeny Urlashov, arrested on charges of bribery and removed from office.
On Monday, the leader of the party’s regional branch, Mikhail Pisaret, accused the Oblazbirk of tightening the receipt of papers. "They came to submit documents to the regional election - for four hours they are refused to accept them under various pretexts: either once or the meeting," he said. The politician added that the candidates of the Civil Platform are subjected to administrative pressure. Some of them could not withstand the pressure and have already removed their candidates, he said.
At the end of the working day, the spokesman and his colleague called the police, seeing in the actions of the commission a violation of electoral legislation. Arriving police officers invited the party members to go to the department in order to find out the reasons for the refusal to receive papers. Otherwise, they said, activists will be accused of non -fulfilling the legal requirements of the police.
Meanwhile, the head of the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alexander Shikhanov, said on Monday that representatives of the "Civil Platform" did not want to leave the building of the ramily, after the end of the working day. According to him, the election commander refused to accept documents from the party members, referring to employment and an important meeting. The police drew up an act of administrative offense, said Shikhanov.
In turn, the chairman of the Oblazbarkom Denis Vasiliev said that the party representatives arrived at about 16 hours and handed him a notification about the election of the election of a party dedicated to a change in the list of candidates for the Oblduma election in the building. The choice of the venue of the meeting was perplexed by members of the election commission, Vasiliev noted. He noted that at the end of the next meeting of the party’s commission, they asked to leave the premises, as the working day ended. According to the official, the activists of the GP were invited to bring documents on Tuesday from 9 in the morning, and when they refused to leave the premises, the police were called.
As a result, protocols were drawn up to Pisars and his colleague under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal requirements of the police officer).
The screeching is one of the lawyers of the mayor of Urlashov. On July 12, he was detained in the Yaroslavl pre-trial detention center-1, where he came to meet with the client. At the end of the meeting, the FSIN employees demanded that the lawyer delete the dictaphone recording of the conversation. After his refusal to Pisaret, a protocol on an administrative offense for a demon in the isolation ward of prohibited items was drawn up.
