Egorova, according to investigators, in 2012 issued four commercial organizations, taking the positions of the general director in them. Throughout the year, more than 123 million rubles were transferred to the accounts of these organizations, received on the basis of fictitious documents from the Main Directorate of the Arrangement of Troops belonging to the state of JSC. Some of these funds were cashed out and assigned, the other was transferred to the account of controlled companies.

After the arrest of Egorova in early April 2013, investigators were able to collect data on funds acquired from fraud with the property of the Ministry of Defense. The seizures of documents were made in a number of banks. According to the unofficial version, Egorova was the mistress of the Black Cashier. In addition, it is known that Egorova was well acquainted and maintained close relations with Vasilyeva for many years and with Valery Puzikov, the husband of the ex -minister of defense Anatoly Serdyukov.

On July 18, the Khamovnican Court extended until September 23 the term of home arrest Vasilyeva. She was charged with especially large fraud in the framework of the Oboronservis case. Vasiliev does not fall under the amnesty, since the amnesty does not apply to the kidnappers of budget funds.

Vasilieva has been under house arrest from November 23. By a court decision, an apartment in the house in Milkiy Lane in the Prechistenka area was determined to serve house arrest Vasilyeva.
