We at Moscow State University, of course, are much better off than at Ulyanovsk University, where Valentin Bazhanov wrote in the last issue. And than in all other universities - they need to move from 1:10 to 1:12 with a “teaching load” of many hundreds of hours, but we are allowed to remain at the 1:4 level.
