The arrest of Razvoszhaev was extended until October 6

The judge of the Basmann District Court of Moscow Valentina Levashov extended the “Swamp Prisoner” by Leonid Razvozhaev, the term of detention in the pre -trial detention center until October 6, Rapsey reports. Thus, Levashova satisfied the application of the investigation, rejecting the arguments of the defense that insisted on choosing a prisoner of a milder preventive measure.

On the eve of the judge of the same court, Arthur Karpov, the defendant of the Magnitsky List, extended, at the request of the investigation, the term of home arrest to the coordinator of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov - also until October 6.

On July 1, Razvozhaev and Udaltsov, along with their defenders, began familiarization with the materials of the criminal case, which is allocated from the "swamp" into separate proceedings. The volume of business is 79 volumes. It also includes numerous material evidence, audio and videos.

Both defendants are accused of preparing mass riots for the organization (part 1 of Article 30, part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the organization of riots on May 6 in Bolotnaya Square in Moscow (part 1 of Article 212). In addition to this, Razvozhaev also is also charged with an illegal crossing of the state border (part 1 of Article 322). The final accusation was brought to them on June 19.

After the completion of the procedure for familiarization, the criminal case will be sent to approve the indictment and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration on the merits. According to supporters of Udaltsov, two to three months can take to study the case file. Thus, the beginning of the process should be expected around October.

Razvoszhaev tried to get political asylum in Ukraine, but was abducted in Kyiv and delivered to Russia. Since October 2012, it has been contained in jail. Another thing against him - on charges of knowingly false denunciation against the investigator of the Investigative Committee (part 2 of Article 306) - was returned to the investigation.
