The financing scheme, which is used in his pre-election campaign, the candidate of Moscow, Alexei Navalny, directly violates the electoral legislation, said Konstantin Mazurevsky, Deputy Head of the Central Executive Committee of the Party of United Russia. In his opinion, this means that "the law prohibits the so-called two-stage schemes for making donations to election accounts, in which funds initially come from incomprehensible third parties that are understandable to the candidate to the victims-physical persons, and they, in turn, contribute this money to the candidate’s special election account as their own, although they are not actually."

The head of the election headquarters Leonid Volkov spoke about the scheme for the collection of funds through the Yandex.Money system in his “live magazine” . He assured that the lawyers appreciated her, and everything is absolutely legal.

Mazurevsky is confident in the opposite. He claims that the illegality of this kind of donations is confirmed by judicial practice. “It turns out that with such a financing scheme, voters not only do not know the real sponsors of this candidate, but also directly violated the electoral legislation,” he summed up.

Navalny on his Twitter reacted to the message briefly: "Here are the clowns." And then the user’s message “Putin’s back” retrained: “It is very difficult for us to imagine that ordinary Russian people voluntarily give their last pennies to Navalny. We need to cut salaries!”
