In Moscow, the former deputy head of OP "Ochakovo-Matveevskoye" major Stanislav Solovyov was detained, according to the website of the TFR. He is suspected of paragraph "in" Part 5 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a large -scale bribe). The major threatens up to 12 years in a colony with a fine of a 60-fold sum of a bribe. Earlier, Interfax reported that Soloviev, who in recent months, headed the department of the district OP Ramenka, was dismissed from the service.

According to investigators, from spring to December 2012, the major received a bribe from one of the merchants of the Matveevsky market, and also used "property services". In particular, the entrepreneur repaired Solovyov’s office, and also paid for the repair of cars issued on the Major's acquaintances in car services. For this, the policeman allowed the merchant to work with violations of the law. The total amount of bribes received, including the cost of the services rendered, is at least 184 thousand rubles.

According to the department, Solovyov’s crime was identified during the investigation of criminal cases under article 293 (negligence), previously instituted on two other employees of Ochakovo -Matveevskoye, inspector of the PPS Senior Lieutenant Vladimir Cherezov and the driver of senior sergeant Yuri Lunkov. They were blamed that during the police operation in the Matveevsky market on July 27, they did not try to detain Magomed Rasulov, who hit the operative of the threat of captain Anton Kudryashov.

Now Cherezov and Lunkov are also detained. RIA Novosti, citing press secretary Vladimir Markin, reports that the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided against them.

On Friday, the Moscow prosecutor’s office demanded that they have put the accusation to both police officers, retraining their actions to the article on part 2 of article 286.1 (non -fulfillment by a group of police orders, which entailed grave consequences). However, the Investigative Department has not yet fulfilled this requirement.

As part of the investigation, the employees of the Investigative Committee conducted more than 10 searches in the Matveevsky market administration and in the offices of companies located on its territory. In addition, searches and excavations took place at home with employees of these companies, as well as at work and at home with police officers.

The case under Article 293 was also instituted against the acting Head of OP Alexei Kraspin. The Investigative Department noted that Prakkin "did not take any measures to organize the work of subordinate employees to prevent the commission of a particularly serious crime." The case of acting The head of the department is combined into one production with the affairs of Cherezov and Lunkov. Nevertheless, the detention of Pravkin was not reported.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee announced his intention to "check the version of the presence of a corruption connection between law enforcement officials and market representatives." "Then it will be quite possible to explain the daring behavior of market merchants and criminal negligence of the PPS employees," the report said.

A fight in the Matveevsky market on July 27 led to the dismissal of a number of employees of the district OP, including his chief Alexei Maksimov.
