The lawyer of the dismissed head of the board of Rosbank, Vladimir Golubkov, intends to appeal against his arrest. It is reported today by RAPSI .
As reported yesterday, Golubkov's house arrest was replaced by detention until October 16. The change in the measure of restraint is based on the report of the operational officer, who said that Golubkov communicates with the driver and other unidentified persons.
