“The guards began to scare them and threaten them with beatings. Everyone called the police, who arrived very quickly, about six minutes later. And I arrived, but I couldn’t get in: the guards cordoned off the area, not letting anyone through.

This is where the nuns of the monastery came into play. At first they just shouted and scolded the guys, saying they were against the church. And then the nuns brought three dogs and tried to set them on the city defenders. They stood calmly, not afraid. The dogs turned out to be kind and peaceful, they didn’t even bark, and they categorically didn’t want to bite.
Then the nuns went on the attack themselves. The cops began to take the city defenders out, the guards beat them, and the nuns screamed and yelled."
