In particular, in Moscow, the activities of two deputy chiefs of police departments are checked.
A service audit is carried out against the deputy chief of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Yuzhny Butovo district. There, employees of the SSB unit revealed the fact of illegal trade. "Together with the employees of the capital's UFMS in the territory of the irrigation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Khoroshevsky district, the fact of living illegal migrants was revealed. In relation to the deputy chief of the police for public order, the head of the district police officer and the district commissioner, an official inspection was appointed," the message said.
SSB also conducts official checks against police officers in Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Kemerovo, Tver regions and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
"As part of the country's law enforcement and the identification of corruption facts in the regulatory and overturning bodies, more than 2.1 thousand raids were detected. Over 5 thousand offenses were identified, including more than 1.6 thousand violations of migration legislation and about 370 in the field of business," the report said.
On August 7, the official representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin said that the police department in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district Vladimir Cherezov and Yuri Lunkov was charged with committing a crime under part 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence). The police are arrested. They are blamed for the fact that during the police operation in the Matveevsky market on July 27, they did not try to detain the beaten threat of captain Anton Kudryashov.
Markin associated the behavior of police officers with the fact that the deputy chief of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye Sergey Solovyov district allegedly provided for the market merchants. In relation to him, a case of a large -scale bribe was also opened (paragraph "in" part 5 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code), it is arrested.
The official representative of the Investigative Committee emphasized that the case in the Matveevsky market is far from an exception. Markin assured that "work will continue to identify corruption ties between representatives of law enforcement, regulatory bodies and similar merchants."
A fight in the Matveevsky market on July 27 led to the dismissal of a number of employees of the district OP, including his chief Alexei Maksimov.
On July 7, the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate reported that the deputy chief of the Golyanovo OP, the head of the district police and the head of the police officer for OP Izmailovo, was accused of corruption and betrayal of the interests of the service. Together with them, the deputy head of the FMS department in the eastern district of the capital is accused of the same - the head of the department of verification events.
According to the police officer, all three belonged to the criminal community that organized the illegal migration of foreigners, mainly from Vietnam, and the use of their slave labor in underground proceedings.
