UN Secretary General proposes to develop a plan to prevent violence in Egypt

Prevention of violence and further casualties should be a priority for Egypt in the current dangerous environment, said UN Secretary General Pan Gi Moon.

Calling people who went to the street to maximum restraint, the UN Secretary General also addressed the authorities and political leaders of Egypt with a demand to accept a “reliable plan” to stop violence and restore the political process.

"The Secretary General believes that the prevention of further losses of human lives should be the highest priority for the Egyptians at this dangerous moment," the press service of Pan Hi Muna said.
