In this apartment, at the request of the candidate for mayor Nikolai Levichv, a search was conducted. Two other activists, Roman Pereverzev and Kirill Andreev, who were then in the apartment, were sentenced to a fine of 1 thousand rubles.

The children of Anna Politkovskaya - Vera Politkovskaya and Ilya Politkovsky - decided to take part in the trial in the case of the murder of their mother, who is now taking place in the Moscow City Court. Previously, they refused to be present in court due to the fact that contrary to their desire, Judge Pavel Melekhin took the jury and began hearing in the absence of the victim. In the process, Anna Stavitskaya, a Politkovsky lawyer, will also take part in the process.

The Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow recognized the refusal to initiate a criminal case on the fact of the beating of civil activist Viktor Zakharov on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012. Then Zakharov was placed in a Sokolnichesky hospital, where he was imposed on his head. The wound was received after a blow by a police club.
The same Zamoskvoretsky court sentenced the anti -fascist Igor Kharchenko to 3 years 6 months in a maximum security colony. According to investigators, in 2010, along with two unidentified persons, he allegedly beat two nationalists. The verdict is carried out on the basis of the testimony of the victims. Kharchenko left almost half the term in the pre -trial detention center.
