Nine accused in the "Twelve case" refused to participate in the process

Most of the defendants in the Twelve case refused to participate in the process, the correspondent of the "faces" from the Mosgorsud hall reports. According to the latest data , nine defendants will boycott the process. They got up from their places and turned to the judge of Natalia Nikishina's back. The first to participate in the process was announced by Sergey Krivov. He was supported by Vladimir Akimenkov, Maria Baronova, Stepan Zimin, Alexey Polikhovich and Artem Savelov. Later, Alexander Dukhanin (Naumova), Nikolai Caucasian and Leonid Kovyazin joined the boycott.

Thus, only three defendants remained in the process: Andrei Barabanov, Yaroslav Belousov and Denis Lutskievich.

The reason for the boycott was the refusal of Nikishina to satisfy the defense of the defense of the announcement of the protocols of the interrogations of riot police Denis Moiseev, recognized by the victim from Krivov. She motivated such a decision by the fact that there are no discrepancies between Moiseev’s testimony at the preliminary investigation and in court.

The support group began to shout: "Shame on judge Nikishina! Moiseev is a shame on Russia!" In response, the judge demanded that the audience leave the hall. Then the threats of bailiffs followed. They said: "Now the special forces will come in - it will take everyone out with a bench."

After that, the defendants said they did not want to attend further meetings in the case, and demanded that they no longer bring them to court. According to Baronova, none of the Boycot participants will express their opinions in discussions until Nikishin announces the protocols of Moiseev interrogations. The judge did not respond to the demarche of the accused.
