Gurova flight

Gurova’s circle or school is Tatyana Gurova herself, an economist, co -editor of the magazine "Expert", its co -authors and colleagues. The liberal platform of the United Russia party came out of this circle. If everything was as on paper, then we would have heard that a platform of the uniform or in the party, but against the party, had arisen. How could it be different to regard the statement that the time of stay of the YP in the "administrative reserve has been exhausted"? It is called now to win in an honest political struggle. Only in this way, they say, it is possible to "realize liberal values: freedom, private property, justice, solidarity, sovereignty." But at the same time - and here the main feature of the venture is not to look west as in the light in the window.

They come in from afar: from the "two goals of the Russian eagle", soils and Slavophiles, who to this day, they say, are "two real political parties in Russia", arguing all about the same thing: "copy Europe or build their own." Stalin is revered as a soil: restored the empire, organized "unprecedentedly fast industrialization", and so that the Westerners-revolutionaries do not interfere, destroyed them "politically and physically." From the Gorbachev perestroika, Gurov is lamented, - "Again the Western Project." He had achievements and good luck, she admits, but this refers to the past. By today, according to her, "Westerners have been exhausted." They were exhausted, "but continue to control power." This is the reason that "the country stalled." Soils are felt by businessmen-manufacturing businessmen who dream, as they should, about cheap loans. There is a tug of rope. Westerners, realizing the weakness of Russia, seek to integrate it "into world economic networks." It would be nice, the soils admit, but the world, they say, can "succeed in the remaining forces in Russia." In order to avoid such a fate, they would like to rely more on themselves and on their pocket than on foreigners with their capital.

The patriot who is already ready to join Gurova’s call to enter with Westernism is mistaken. Firstly, there is no such call. Secondly, in the refusal of such a decision, its invention consists. It is proposed no more and no less, as to legitimize the struggle of Westerners and soils, collecting

There are two powerful political parties. Understand, writes and writes Gurov, “Westernism and soilism are historical, and therefore the organic, natural front of the political struggle in Russia, it must be institutionalized”! When this happens, oh, then life will begin with a capital letter, she promises. The soils will be busy about national capital, a cheap loan, and build roads. True, they will show excessive zeal, protecting domestic marriageables and weaklings from international competition, but there will be a sink of Westerners. Westerners, in turn, will bend into "the desire to merge with the powerful Western world and be absorbed in them", but here the soils will be watching. Westerners will try to keep as much money as possible in Moscow, soils - to smear them around the country so that the province does not go. So it will be written, exclaims Ms. Gurov, "real political drama." This is not the first days of Westerners and Slavophiles, when they were just friends with salons.

And after all, there are, in her opinion, not only historical, but also modern political prerequisites. She sees in front of herself in the same harness such an almost Western man as Medvedev with his liberals, and almost a soil as Putin from statesmen. That's how Russia is lucky! So it remains just to turn the "Popular Front" into a party of soils - and half -over was done. The remaining half will become itself: having seen the finished batch of soils, the Westerners are organized themselves, without a hint from above. Yes, and the ideology of the Party of soils is supposed to be implanted by the Soviets of Sergei Kurginyan. “Ten and even five years ago it seemed madness,” Gurova writes. “Today it does not seem to be madness,” because she finally appreciated the whole significance of the example of the Stalinist support for her own strength, as well as the idea of comprehensive development of the individual. "Is this a great sense of flight we want?" After that, it is clear why it was decided that the “rehabilitation of its history” is an important task for the nation, and why it is not explained which court, when and in connection with which it, the “history of the nation”, was convicted of what the verdict was, and also to whom and from what on earth it should be canceled - everything is clear and so.

Gurova’s project pulls on something, which, apparently, explains the indifference of the public to him. People already feel such things. But we must admit that this is perhaps the sweetest of the invigorated projects of the Russian arrangement, that they roam in its expanses.
