Investigators find out the circumstances of the death of four children in a fire in Biysk

Four children died in a fire in a private house in Biysk. A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the incident.

According to the Ministry of Emergencies of the region, a fire in a private house happened on the night of August 22. By the time the firefighters arrived, the building was completely covered by fire. According to eyewitnesses, people could be inside the premises. In the room on the floor, rescuers found the bodies of four children. Their mother and another child with severe burns were hospitalized in the hospital.

The IC of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence to two or more persons). The production of forensic medical examinations has been appointed. According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was the closure of the wiring.
