"The members of the working group decided that the grounds for the removal of Navalny were not enough in the court. According to him, two points appear in the decision of the working group. “The first point is to verbally warn Navalny about the inadmissibility of violations in the implementation of campaigning, the second point is to pay attention to Navalny to the need to comply with the law in the manufacture of agitmaterials,” Timchenko said.

On Thursday, the head of the Moscow City Walentine Gorbunov said that the commission may in the near futurefile a lawsuit in court on the removal of Navalny from participating in the elections of the Moscow Mayor.
