"Muslims of the Chechen Republic are cleaning and caring for Orthodox cemeteries, despite the fact that almost 90% of the population profess Islam," the head of the region said.
According to him, Chechnya cannot exist separately from Russia. "Russia is my homeland. We do not want to live separately outside of Russia, the whole Chechen people do not want this. And we will not allow anyone to joke with the choice of our people," Kadyrov said.
