The former head of the administration of the governor of the Perm region, Firdus Aliyev, immortalized his name in his homeland, in Izhevsk. The fact is that 20 years ago he was given a metal plaque for his birthday, with his name “Fedor Aliyev” engraved in the outline of a five-pointed star; this plaque was mounted in one of the slabs of the central bridge. And, as it turned out, she flaunts there to this day.

“I was in Izhevsk over the weekend, when the temperature was already acceptable, I remembered an old prank. About 20 years ago, I was given this plate on metal of unknown origin for my birthday. Not only was it given as a gift, but it was also installed in one of the slabs of the bridge in the central square. Years have passed, but it is still in place despite all the waves of repairs and improvement!” Aliyev said on his page on the social network Facebook.

Firdus Aliyev was born in 1968 in Izhevsk. In Perm he worked as head of the administration of Governor Oleg Chirkunov. In March 2008, he was appointed acting head of the administration of the governor of the Perm region. Later, as a result of a prosecutor's check, he was caught using a fake education document. In March 2008, he resigned from the administration of the Perm region, and in September 2008 he was acquitted by the magistrate court. On April 27, 2011, he was appointed head of the administration of the governor of the Perm region. In May 2011, he was elected to the presidium of the regional political council of the regional branch of United Russia. At the end of April 2012, Oleg Chirkunov resigned as governor of the Perm Territory, and Viktor Basargin was appointed governor. Aliyev left office in June 2012.
