Rukavishnikov turned 36 years old. He was the coordinator of the Ivanovo branch of the Left Front. He was detained on April 2 in his own apartment after a search and transferred to Moscow. The next day, the activist was charged with part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots). According to the TFR, Rukavishnikova identified one of the police officers. A photograph in which the activist stands near the toilet cabin was attached to the case.
