Earlier, the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov removed the mosque "Heart of Chechnya" from the competition . He accused of “frank fraud” of the MagaFon and Beeline mobile operators. Kadyrov also said that he would not answer the calls of their subscribers. He noted that the organizers and mobile operators should return to everyone the money spent on SMS voting.

"Russia 10" is a nationwide vote for 10 symbols of the country. Russians with the help of SMS prefer one of the objects presented for consideration. The vote began on March 25. Ten winners are expected to be reproduced on a reduced scale in the Russian National Park, which will be built in the suburbs. The third tour will begin on September 1 and last until the 29th.
