The operatives found that illegal migrants from Kyrgyzstan and Moldova live in the basement of one of the residential buildings on Barbolin. On August 25, the case was opened on this fact under Article 322.1. The police found out that the illegal stay of visitors was organized by their employer - one of the Moscow management companies engaged in cleaning and landscaping yards. Foreigners worked in this company with janitors, plumbers and locksmiths without paperwork.

The searches took place on August 28. In addition to the district council, they were also carried out at the offices of the company - the employer of migrants and the engineering service, as well as in the basement where visitors live. Papers with addresses of foreigners are seized.

On the same day , the head of the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate Anatoly Yakunin said that over the past month, over 300 criminal cases have been opened on the organization of illegal migration. The fight against this kind of crimes will be continued, the head of the police department assured. "We are holding liable for unscrupulous employers and raising the issue of their arrest," he said. According to Yakunin, today "eight leaders of this level have been arrested."
