On August 27, in the Moscow City Court, chaired by Judge Nikishina, hearings on the “Twelve case” continued. The victims of the riot police were interrogated. One of them asked him to change his status from the victim to the witness

Three days this week we again listened to those who “suffered” in Bolotnaya. Listening to the victims, I understood one interesting thing: the higher the employee in the rank, the smarter and more honest.

On Tuesday, the platoon commander Kuvshinnikov Kirill Evgenievich came. He was simple like a Kalashnikov assault rifle. He answered sarcastic questions with sarcasm. He answered all specific questions honestly. He did not talk to the memorized stationery, did not look ingenuitingly towards the prosecutors for a hint. And at the very beginning of the interrogation, he presented the judge with a certificate that on Wednesday, August 28, he was serving a business trip to the North Caucasus. And I would like to sincerely wish him good luck.

- How did you recognize yourself on the video? - the defendant Sergey Krivov asked a question.

“Yes, I will recognize myself everywhere, I am beautiful,” laughs in the hall.

“But you were in the helmet!”

- And I am beautiful in the helmet!

“Do you know where the protesters got pieces of asphalt?”

“They didn't tell me.”

No, he did not show his certificate to the protesters: "It did not introduce such an opportunity."

- Tell me, did the life and health of citizens need protection?

“I don’t know,” the victim answered after a long thought, and it was clear that he would like to say “yes”.

After the stream of extremely strange questions, a note from Sasha Dukhanina came to my lawyer: “Instead of attracting such people to their side, some of the lawyers eventually create an image of repulsive crazy people from us.” The lawyer read the note and took a deep breath.

And the show continued.

- And where was the small stone bridge to the relatively large stone bridge?

“On the spot,” was heard from the group of defenders.

- And where was Luzhkov (bridge)?

“In Switzerland,” I could not stand it.

“In Austria,” they corrected me.

On Wednesday, another platoon commander came - Litvinov German Mikhailovich. His answers were equally concise. True, with a sense of humor he was worse than that of Kuvshinnikov. But, it seems, the prosecutors came up with a new version for the victims: riot police began to say that the protesters shouted: “We were going to the Kremlin! We go to Red Square! ” It seems that prosecutors came up with new slogans. But these slogans cannot be shouted rhythmically, they are invented by those who have never participated in rallies.

Lawyers, as always, conducted the interrogation of the victim "to the highlight."

-Were there any calls for armed resistance? They asked Litvinov.

- No.

- Have you seen arson?

- Have you seen the explosions?

- In your opinion, what caused the collision of citizens with the police?

- I think it was artificially created so that citizens could not pass. This is my opinion, ”Litvinov answered a little thought.

At the very end of the interrogation, he admitted that he does not consider himself the victim physically, since the cut finger is not serious damage. According to him, he was transferred to this status during the investigation, and now he agrees to be just a witness. Prosecutors protested. The judge decided not to change the status of the victim.

And on Thursday, Mr. Algunov Alexander Ivanovich, a fighter of OMON TsSN (center of special purpose), and everything was already as usual. Algunov tried to dare at the same time to everyone and anyone, told good literary phrases, but he lied. And it was completely not a pity that the lawyer Makarov tormented him with his questions on 500 pages. I would like that according to the results of the interrogation that will continue on the next Tuesday, Mr. Algunov’s consciousness would become victims of Mr. Makarov’s questions.

At the very end of the meeting, the audience tried to congratulate Alexei Polikhovich on his birthday, but the operatives that arose in a huge number did not give them this. Happy birthday, Lesha! I really hope to shake your hand soon.
