On September 5, in the Moscow City Court at the next meeting on the “Case of Twelve”, it is unknown on what basis separated from the “Bolotnaya Case”, Judge Natalya Nikishina introduced a new so-called victim, riot policeman Tarasov, who claims that the accused Alexey Polikhovich either touched his finger or or hit (it is noteworthy that Tarasov immediately identified Polikhovich in the hall, despite the fact that he was sitting in the dark far corner of the glass-enclosed room for defendants in custody, with his head down, and there was also glare from the glass). The defense stated that the interrogation of the previous so-called victim, riot policeman Alexander Algunov, had not yet been completed, but the judge nevertheless completed his interrogation - Algunov did not even appear in court that day. Sergei Krivov, who still had questions for Algunov (he claims that Krivov hit him on the hand with his fist, on the helmet with a flagpole, and even pulled out his baton), said that he was no longer going to participate “in this mess”, and demanded that he were taken out of the hall. At first the judge ignored his demands, but since Krivov continued to shout, she ordered him to be taken out for insubordination. Krivov was removed from the courtroom until the end of the trial. Krivov's lawyer Vyacheslav Makarov once again challenged the judge, but she did not even raise this issue for discussion, saying that she saw no reason for this.

Krivov was later returned to the courtroom and continued to participate in the hearing.
