In 1994, after the release of their first album, The Cardigans went on a European tour, and the very next year their second album was released by a million circulation and spoke about the group all over the world.
A real breakthrough for The Cardigans was the album “FIRST BAND ON THE MOON” (1996) with one of their main hits - “Lovefool” , which sounded in the film by Lurman “Romeo+Juliet”.
In 1998, the Gran Turismo record (Singles Erase/REWIND , LOOSING My FAVOURITE GAME ), which received the Album of the Year at the Swedish Grammy ceremony, was released. Having released two more albums in the first half of the 2000s, The Cardigans took a long pause, resuming touring activities only in 2012.
The last time The Cardigans were in Moscow last summer, and now they are returning with a rich concert program, which will include all the main hits of the group.
