The judge rejected the question. It looked as if it was clear to everyone on the other side that Algunov had not seen me, but was making up a story on the go.

In general, Mr. Algunov was, as they say, sharp and impudent, rude to everyone at once, thought that Judge Nikishina was either his boss, or even an equal fighter of the invisible front of the fight against the enemy, and managed to irritate even the prosecutors. It was not at all a pity to give him to be torn to pieces by our main weapon - a couple of Sergey Krivov and his lawyer Vyacheslav Makarov, who always have hundreds of questions for the victims. I don't know what it was. Maybe trolling, or maybe a glitch in the system. Everyone in our court is gradually going crazy.

On Thursday, September 5, another OMON fighter was interrogated, Tarasov Igor Nikolaevich - in the past and, as they say, now - an employee of the Department of Internal Security of the Special Purpose Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (TSSN). Igor Nikolaevich actually makes a good impression. But do not forget that it was he who identified Lesha Polikhovich on December 21, 2012, when, six months after his arrest, he was unexpectedly “hung” with the second article, Article 318, on the use of violence against a policeman. And now Lyosha has been in prison for a year, although at the first interrogations the victim said that there was no violence on the part of Polikhovich. And it seems that Tarasov himself is ashamed that he is participating in this, but for some reason he continues to participate. “So did you feel any physical pain or not?” one of the defenders asked. “Let's just forget about it,” Tarasov replied. “I would gladly forget,” Polikhovich remarked in his usual ironic manner. And he asks his own question: “Did you apologize to my lawyer Pirogova after the confrontation?” “The question is removed as irrelevant to the case,” Judge Nikishina rescues Tarasov. “I am a simple fighter, a simple subordinate, they gave me a command - I carried it out,” this is how Tarasov postulates his principles.
