“Over the 22 years of its existence, it has become an integral part of the cultural life of Moscow, has made a significant contribution to the development of the art of our city,” the appeal said, which was addressed by the mayor of the regional public organization “Creative Center“ Third Path ”.”
“The center has created a unique environment, contributing to communication, interchange of creative ideas and experience with the participation of artists, musicians, filmmakers, architects and journalists,” the authors of the appeal write.
Recently, the existence of the “third path” has been in jeopardy, its activity was actually blocked: “In the building where the creative center is located, the reconstruction began, the ceiling of the exhibition hall was broken, water and heating were disconnected, although the legality of using the premises was confirmed by six decisions of arbitration vessels.”
At the end of August, the “third path” was received by a letter from RSK REPAIRNITY LLC demanding to free the occupied premises at ul. Pyatnitskaya, d. 4/2, p. 1 for five days.
The “third path” asks the city hall to “take urgent measures to ensure security and free implementation of activities” of the creative center, as well as to investigate violations “in order to establish responsibility for non -fulfillment by officials of the assigned duties, which caused harm to the object of cultural heritage”.
