How to convert the voices cast for Navalny into freedom of "prisoners of Bolotnaya"

They called for honest elections and sat down for this in jail
“We have something to be proud of: we organized the most honest, most competitive, most open elections in the history of Moscow,” said the acting mayor Sergei Sobyanin at a rally on a rally on the election night from September 8 to 9. The rally of the favorite of the elected race, whose official results were balanced around 51%, and according to the "people's election", did not reach 50%, arranged in Bolotnaya Square. Where tens of thousands of people went out in May 2012, protesting against dishonest elections. Since then, the swamp has become a symbol of protest, and expressions appeared in everyday life: “Prisoners of the Bolotnaya”, “Swamp process”, “Swamp Mother”.
For this same protest, 18 people have been in custody for more than a year, three - under house arrest, four - under the subscription about the lower away. We talk a lot and write about them, we track the smallest details of their clashes with the system: arrests, unbearable conditions in the convoy premises of the Moscow City Court, multi -day interrogations of riot police, where none of the so -called “victims” can clearly explain to the court, from which it was specifically injured. And whether the so -called “mass riots” were on May 6 in Bolotnaya, for the participation in which all these people were in prison. And in the process in the case of Mikhail Kosenko, the victim policeman Alexander Kazmin completely abandoned all the claims against the defendant, saying that he did not want him to sit in prison, because he - the policeman is not a “rejection of Russia”, as journalists believe. But the judge, instead of terminating the case of Kosenko, once again postponed the meeting, and when Mikhail died, which he had not seen for more than a year since the arrest, refused to let him go to the funeral.
"
The main question: if the authorities, in fact, recognized the correctness of the "swamp prisoners", then why are they still in prison?
"
Judge Lyudmila Moskalenko did not even think that Kosenko could have changed the maintenance in prison for house arrest so that he could say goodbye to his mother. Why? She said: there were no such precedents in Russia. But what about the precedent of Navalny? After all, when the authorities needed to let him go from prison to participate in the mayor’s elections, they found a loophole in the law and released.
We record the details of the next crazy trial and forget the essence: why are all these months the “marsh prisoners” are sitting?
For the fact that they wanted honest elections. We went out to the square, protesting against falsifications, against theft of votes. And it turns out that now not only Sobyanin agreed with their correctness, but also Vladimir Putin, who is considered the main customer of the demonstration process in the “swamp business”. “The legitimacy of these elections, their transparency, was at a level that, probably, there probably never was in our country,” Putin said at a meeting on September 10 with ten heads of subjects of the Federation elected on September 8. This is he - about the elections.
Should the presidential replica understand so that the paradigm has changed: until September 8, all the elections were dishonest, opaque and uncompetitive, but now they have become legitimate and transparent? The main question: if the authorities, in fact, recognized the correctness of the "swamp prisoners", then why are they still in prison?
Almost a year and a half ago, when the first arrests in the “swamp business” began, when 200 investigators were seconded to Moscow to sculpt this business, whether those who started all this, that all this would end, that they would end with such a squeal - from high stands they will tell us about the first honest elections, the candidate from the authorities will not be needed to pull his interest in order to not allow the opposition to the opposition candidate in the second round.
Now they argue a lot: who won the mayor's elections in Moscow: Sobyanin or Navalny. Everyone has their own arguments. It's all clear. Nothing unexpected.
But I, I think, know who won a moral victory - this is the "prisoners of May 6."
And with this, as always with us, the bad luck. After all, it is generally accepted that "the winners are not judged."
Everything is the other way around.
They are just judged. And it is not very clear how to convert these voices, cast for Navalny, to the freedom of the "Prisoners of the Bolotnaya".
Just because the court is not a polling station.
