House-to-house arrests in Volgorgrad

Valery Kotelnikov, Galina Boldyreva, Karpov and Elena Samoshina, who spoke on September 17 at a sanctioned rally in Volgograd, timed to coincide with a series of OccupyVolgograd protests against demanding the cancellation of elections to the City Duma, were detained in their apartments. Protocols were drawn up against them under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, at present they have been delivered to the Central Court of Volgograd.

UPD 18:15. The detainees, who, according to updated data, turned out to be 16 people, were released from the court. The meeting has been rescheduled for September 23rd.
