Greenpeace ship Arctic Sunrise, captured by Russian border guards

September 16, Monday

The European Court of Human Rights combined the complaints of “prisoners on May 6” and gave them priority . The court sent 26 questions to the Russian government about the investigation of the “Swamp case” and its consideration in court. The defense of the “Prisoners of Bolotnaya” believes that the complaint in Strasbourg can be considered before the sentencing in the Moscow City Court.

The ship is towed by the Ladoga border ship to Murmansk to clarify the circumstances.

The Moscow City Court refused to cancel the results of the Moscow Mayor . The lawsuit was filed by the candidate for mayors Alexei Navalny. In addition to the general complaint to the Moscow City Court, Navalny filed another 951 statement on the fact of violations when voting on September 8.
