Court of Boris Stomakhin

On Monday, September 23, at 14:00 in the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow (Dmitrovskoye Sh., 54, building 1), the business of publicist Boris Stomakhin will begin to be considered on the merits. The process is conducted by judge German Loginov. The interests of the Politzek are represented by lawyers Mikhail Trepashkin and Viktor Borodin.

The case against Stomakhin was discovered in July 2012 on the denunciation of the nationalist Roman Nosikov . This was not reported anywhere about the initiation of the case, and the publicist did not receive summons for interrogations until the detention. On November 20, Stomakhin was detained, and two days later - they sent Bear 4 "Bear". The investigator of the Butyrsky inter -district department of the Investigative Committee of Aboev was conducted.

The Politzek is accused in parts of 1 articles 205.2 (justification of terrorism), 280 (calls for extremism) and 282 (arousal of hatred or enmity), as well as in part 1 of Article 30, part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (preparation for public justification of terrorism using the media). Given the partial addition of punishment, he faces 10 and a half years of the colony.

The reason for all the charges was exclusively Stomakhin's articles, published by him in 2011-2012 on the personal blog and on the Radical Libertarian opposition " Resistance ", as well as in the low-trip Bulletin " Radical Policy ". One of the texts for which the publicist is charged with part 2 of article 205.2 is “ the anniversary of the regicide. Your feat is not forgotten ”, which positively evaluates the murder of Alexander II by the People's Volves.

On September 12, preliminary hearings were held in the Stomakhin case. The arrest of the publicist was extended until February 28, 2014. During the meeting, Loginov refused to consider other issues, in violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure, not allowing Trepashkin and Borodin to file any of the 10 petitions, including the involvement of human rights activist Elena Sannikova as a public defender.

In 2006-2011, Stomakhin had already left for a five-year term under articles 280 and 282. At that time he was also convicted exclusively for his works. During the detention, Stomakhin tried to escape from the apartment through the window along the rope, but the rope broke and he received fractures of the legs and processes of two vertebrae. From the consequences of these injuries, Politzek has not yet recovered.
