The company "Territorial Directorate of Setun", the main shareholder of which is the former owner of "Inteco" Elena Baturina, filed a lawsuit of 33 billion 596 million rubles to the Ministry of Finance. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the Supreme Arbitration Court cardboard. The lawsuit has been registered, but has not yet been accepted for production.

Earlier, the Federal Property Management Agency won cases in arbitration courts on the seizure of three land plots with a total area of ​​almost 16.4 hectares in the west of Moscow, where the company intended to build a multifunctional complex of Setun-Hills. Such decisions were adopted because the seizures withdrawn are the territories that the 1993 presidential decree reserved to build the buildings of representative offices of China, India and Cuba. As noted, the privatization of this land, as well as the subsequent registration of ownership of it violated the current international treaties.

"Setun" tried to challenge these decisions in the Supreme Arbitration Court, but in July this instance refused the company to revise the adopted acts.

In addition, the company appealed to the Supreme Court with a request to cancel the presidential decree, but this lawsuit was also rejected.

At the end of August, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that although in the case of the Bank of Moscow, Baturin is still taking place as a witness, during the investigation its procedural status may change . Shortly before that, the media reported that the police department has no complaints against the former owner of Inteko in connection with this case. Baturina herself now lives in Austria.
