The main episodes of the prosecution in the Oboronservis case may not reach the court, Izvestia reports . Investigators failed to receive testimonies proving the guilt of the ex-defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov. In addition, information about the damage caused is not confirmed.

“We hoped to get direct evidence of participating in the dubious transactions of Serdyukov himself, but at the same time we did not take into account a number of economic nuances,” the source in the main military investigative department told the publication. “As a result, the ex -minister could not be obtained, and there are practically no crime in the incriminated episodes.”

When investigating the case of the general director of Slavyanka OJSC and the owner of Safety and Communication CJSC Alexander Yelkin, it turned out that the damage, estimated by a consequence of 400 million rubles, did not suffer the Ministry of Defense. Moreover, after the reconciliation of acts of acceptance of work and competitive documentation, the department was forced to pay 20 million rubles CJSC for serving a complex of buildings in Kolymazhny Lane. In addition, the Ministry of Defense should remain 70 million rubles under a contract for servicing military facilities in the suburbs.

In the case of fraud, when selling a complex of buildings "31 GPISS", economic examinations have not yet been carried out that would show that the price was really underestimated. In this case, the ex-head of the Department of Property Relations of the Ministry of Defense Evgeny Vasiliev is charged.

Serious procedural disorders were also found in the investigation of other episodes.

In the fall of 2012, the investigation established the fact of the sale of a complex of buildings in the center of Moscow, owned by OJSC "31 GPISS", at a price underestimated relatively market value by almost 300 million rubles . The fact of the theft of shares of this institute was also established.

As established, 70 percent of the campaign of the institute was bought by the Vitaproject company, at that time controlled by Vasilyeva. 30 percent of the shares was acquired by Sosnovobobromontazh OJSC, owned by the construction holding of Titan-2. At that time, his co -owners were the wife and daughter of the former deputy minister of defense, and now the head of the Federal Agency for Special Construction of Grigory Naginsky.

In March, the Investigative Committee reported that the new owners voluntarily return the property they received at a low price.

In January, the investigation established that in 2010, the economic department of my only concluded a contract for servicing one of the buildings of the military department in the Kolymazhekoy lane of Moscow. The building was at overhaul, all engineering communications in it were dismantled. At the same time, the BIS CJSC subcontractor CJSC BIS was paid in 2010-2011 more than 50 million rubles.

The initiation of a number of criminal cases against employees of the military department on the illegal implementation of the Oboronservis holding of large real estate objects of the Ministry of Defense was reported in October 2012. Subsequently, they were combined into one production. In the future, a number of episodes were added to the case. According to the investigation, the total damage is about 6 billion rubles.
