Ilya Farber is a Moscow artist who, three years ago, decided with his family to move from the capital to the village of Shopkaki Ostashkovsky district of the Tver region. According to the case materials, in the summer of 2011, the director of the Farrovsky recreation center Farber received a bribe from a commercial organization that was engaged in the repair of the House of Culture.
