Then another significant character refused to talk to us - Academician R.Z. Sagdeev. Now he has replaced the month as the chairman of the instrument commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is the director of the Novosibirsk Tomographic Center of the SB RAS, through which centralized purchases of equipment for the entire Siberian department are underway. The scale of theft and all -pervasive conflicts of interests there are unlikely to be very inferior to the central part of the Russian Academy of Sciences. However, neither about the instrument commission, nor about the procurement system in the branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences in this resolution of the Presidium, nothing has been said.

Well, the most important thing. It is absolutely clear to me that this resolution appeared solely due to the fact that the war between the Russian Academy and the Government is underway. Government officials need to find incriminating evidence for academicians to use it in this war. And the Acaduinerian compromising evidence is one of the most “incriminating”. This is why the presidium is forced to respond and accept such statements. If it weren’t for this war, theft on the purchase of equipment would continue to continue. I have practically no doubt about this.
