The convicted member of the Pussy Riot group Nadezhda Tolokonnikov, who complained of threats from prisoners, will not be transferred to another correctional colony. The leadership of the IK-14 did not find grounds for the translation, since Tolokonnikova, according to the testimony of several prisoners, including Evgenia Hasis, no one threatened, reports Rain , publishing the resolution of investigators.

Previously, Tolokonnikova announced a hunger strike, saying that colony officers and other convicts threatened her with reprisal. The decision notes that the “physical strength and special means” were not applied to Tolokonnikova, and the psychological and physical pressure ”from the convicts and the colony employees did not find themselves on it.”

Also, the reasons for the refusal of the translation were the testimony of other prisoners of the colonies, which, as follows from the text, gave the same indications as Evgenia Hasis, convicted of 18 years for participating in the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova. Hasis told reporters that Tolokonnikova’s position in the colony is “exceptional”, and “all her requirements and wishes regarding her were fulfilled by the administration herself.” By the way, earlier Hasis said that her neighboring colonies did not like Tolokonnikov for Tolokonnikov.

However, the statement of the Tolokonnik about the flagrant conditions of the content and threats from the colony administration, apparently, was not left without attention. The lawyer of the convicted Dmitry Dinze said that, according to him, the leaders of the IK-14 in Mordovia were called to the apparatus of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation to Moscow, Interfax reports.

“Yesterday in the colony, when Nadia and I worked with the investigator, a colony employee approached us and told the investigator that Kupriyanov (deputy chief of the colony. - Note Newsru.com) and Kulagin (the head of the colony) were called to Moscow.“ The bosses are called, ”she said,” Dinze said.

He added that in connection with this, the investigator who came to clarify the circumstances that Tolokonnikov complained about, interviewed the leaders of the colony before their departure on Thursday evening. Earlier, Tolokonnikova’s lawyer said that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation refused to institute criminal proceedings. The convicted person herself announced a hunger strike in the colony, saying that the administration threatens her with murder and does not allow her to sleep for more than four hours a day. Later she was transferred from a single cell of a schizo, where she complained about the cold and the inability to sleep, to the medical unit of the colony on the recommendation of doctors.
