The head of the city administration Miass was accused of organizing murders and banditry

The city manager of the city of Miass of the Chelyabinsk Region Viktor Ardabievsky, detained on Monday on suspicion of banditry and organizing several murders, today charged under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the murder of two persons committed by an organized group of selfish motives) and part 2 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code (participation in a stable armed group). The investigation intercedes the conclusion of Ardabyevsky in custody.

According to investigators, the head of the Miass administration is a participant in the "turbar" group and was involved in the murders of businessmen Andrei Paduchin and Pavel Sidorov, committed in Miass in 2005 and in 2008, the press service of the Investigative Committee.

“For a long time, Sidorov was listed as missing. Only after the criminal proceedings by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee in Moscow and operational events in 2012, Sidorov’s body was discovered in the forest near Miass,” Interfax quotes the representative of the department.

The Ardabyevsky case continues the chain of investigations in relation to the "turbar" bandits, who from 1999 to 2011 committed more than 40 serious and especially serious crimes in Moscow, the Moscow, Rostov and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, investigators note.

In Miass "Turbazovskiy" owned and led several dozen commercial structures, recreation centers, real estate and transport objects. In November last year, the leaders of the gang were detained in the city, among which there was criminal authority Sergey Chashchin, also involved in the murder of Paduchin.

One of the leaders of the "Turgazov" group, according to reports, was Dmitry Lesnyakov, convicted in 2012 by the Moscow City Court of 25 years of colony.
