The County Chamber of Russia was given the right to use one car with special light and sound signals. Corresponding changes to the list of departments whose employees can use flashing lights, President Vladimir Putin made by their decree on September 30, according to the portal of legal information.
The decree was signed shortly after on September 20, Tatyana Golikova, who had previously worked as an assistant to the president, was replaced by the head of the Accounts Chamber of the Accounts Chamber.
Whether Golikova used a car with a special signal as an assistant to the president, which she occupied since May 2012, is unknown. For the needs of the administration of the President of Russia, 20 cars with flashing lights were allocated, which exceeds the number of the highest management composition of the department and the apparatus of assistants to the head of state.
Prior to work in the Presidential Administration, Tatyana Golikova used a machine with a miga for almost five years, when she served as Minister of Health and Social Development. In the unofficial list of flashing lights, the Blue Buckets for Golikova is assigned a car that was delivered from the previous Minister of Health Mikhail Zurabov, and another possible car number.
Earlier, the Accounts Chamber also had one car with a special signal, which the agency lost after restriction of the number of flashing lights by decree of President Putin in May 2012. The department, therefore, during the year did not have a car with a flashing light at its disposal.
Initially, in 2012, a total of 569 cars with special signals were fixed for Russian officials. Since then, changes have been made twice. Soon after its creation, a car with a special signal was deprived of the federal antimonopoly service. In June 2013, Vladimir Putin allocated three flashing lights to employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Thus, at the moment, 572 cars are indicated in the list.
