Has the Russian political system changed after the September 8 election? In a series of columns, party leaders are responsible. |
I believe that the political system has not changed. There are no reforms. There is only their imitation. The system remained the same. Its goal is to retain power at all costs. Including through manipulations, falsifications, deception, threats and special services. So, in Yaroslavl, where I was elected deputy of the Legislative Assembly on September 8, the most dirty elections in the history of the Yaroslavl elections were organized. The “Civil Platform” was removed from the election race, since it was the most serious competitor to “United Russia”. During the elections from the distance, about a dozen of the most powerful single -member candidates were removed. Total censorship acted on television, and a full -scale bribery of voters was carried out on the voting day. As a result, in the Duma of the Yaroslavl region, “United Russia” controls 80% of places, although not a single sociological study predicted this party of such a result. That is, instead of political reform, we see only a deception of public opinion. The change is only that now Alexander Bastrykin and the Investigative Committee play an active role in the elected process, and not just ourselves, falsification and carousels. We see this with an example with the arrested mayor of Yaroslavl Evgeny Urlashov. And meetings with the opposition on Valdai do not create any illusions for me in this regard.
But even if one of the opposition and falls into the executive branch, he either falls into the thieves' vertical and becomes part of it, or rebels and, like Urlashov, is in a “sailor silence”. In this regard, it seems to us more effective to participate in the elections to the legislative authorities. Because regional deputies do not depend on any Putin, they do not need to ask anyone. But to believe that I ended up in the Legislative Assembly, thanks to the new policy of Putin or Volodin, is absurd. I ended up in the Duma contrary to their desire, and not thanks.
As for facilitating the registration procedure of parties, let's face the truth. At the moment, in our country, only one independent party is RPR Parnas. It was this party that put forward Navalny and participated in the organization of protests in Moscow. But this did not happen due to the adoption of any laws, but due to the fact that our party won the Strasbourg court, which forced the Russian authorities to restore the registration of our party. At the same time, the Party of Navalny was still not registered, the “Left Front” was not registered, Limonov’s party, too. Instead, many parties were registered - “Free”.
As for the admission to the elections of Navalny and Roizman, Roizman is difficult to call the opponent of power. He is rather an opponent of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region. And Navalny was allowed to elections only because the authorities were sure that they would win these elections. And although Navalny held a brilliant election campaign, Sergey Sobyanin continued to work as mayor of Moscow. The authorities only gave voters the opportunity to release steam in the main protest city, but nothing more.
Therefore, I believe that the most promising for this opposition now to conquer stands in the legislative authorities. Neither Roizman nor the mayor of Petrozavodsk in this thieves' vertical will turn around. Therefore, in the elections to the Moscow City Duma, RPR-Parnas is a single list with the Navalny party and the Fifth of December. We will conduct internal primaries, create a single coalition list and set our single -mandate candidates from the United opposition in each Moscow district.
