In the next six months, the scheme for determining the rent for airfields rented by airports from the state should change. Instead of a fixed rate or percentage of operations for take-off and subscription of the Ministry of Economy, it proposed calculating payments by a special formula taking into account state-owned property, Kommersant writes.
Airport operators say that if the law is accepted, you will have to sharply increase the fees from airlines, which will automatically lead to a rise in tickets of tickets.
As ITAR-TASS recalls, the state of the Moscow Aviation airports are owned by the state, the airports "Vnukovo", "Sheremetyevo" and "Domodedovo" rent them from the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Administration of Civil Airports" (Aga) and "Administration of Domodedovo Airport".
“Vnukovo” as a rent pays 10% of the revenue from the airport fee for the “take-off and land” operations (in 2011 it was, for example, about 79 million rubles). The Sheremetyevo has a fixed rate: in April 2012, Yeah entered into a lease for 49 years with a rate of 201 million rubles. The private owners of Domodedovo for a period of 75 years in September 2012 agreed on an increase from 92 million to 410 million rubles.
Now the bet, for example, for Vnukovo can grow six and a half times, although it is not yet clear how the FST will coordinate tariffs, taking into account the different volume of investments in airports. In total, 53 billion rubles of budget funds are provided for the modernization of Moscow airfields (23.7 billion rubles will be allocated to all other airports). How the budget money between the airports will be distributed is not yet determined.
