The Zamoskvoretsky court was detained 15 people

Mikhail Kosenko was detained in June 2012. The investigation claimed that on May 6, 2012 in Bolotnaya Square he hit a policeman.

Today, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky district court Lyudmila Moskalenko found Mikhail Kosenko guilty under Part 2 of Art. 212 ("Participation in the riots") and part 2 of Art. 318 (“The application of violence against a representative of the authorities”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and directed it for forced treatment to a psychiatric hospital.

Eyewitnesses say that the police began to detain those gathered at the building of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court before the decision of the judge’s decision, people were grabbed by accidental principle. The detentions resumed with renewed vigor after the banner was stretched over the crowd.

PS International human rights organization Amnesty International called the sentence to Mikhail Kosenko unfair. “The direction for forced psychiatric treatment gives the worst examples from the Soviet past,” the Echo of Moscow radio station quotes the Amnesty International .
