Mitki will offer the Tretyakov Gallery the replacement of the canvas of Ilya Repin, who caused the displeasure of Orthodox activists

"Mitki give Ivan the Terrible to the new son" - this will be called a new creation of St. Petersburg artists, who once again decided to do their favorite business - to rewrite and correct the story.

They already have paintings "Mitka give their ears van gogu", "Mitka select a gun from Mayakovsky," "Mitka send Brezhnev to Afghanistan." And with Ilya Repin, they, in general, on a short leg-once depicted themselves in the form of burglars on the Volga. But about the picture "Ivan the Terrible and his son Ivan on November 16, 1581", better known among the people as "Ivan the Terrible kills his son," they still did not think.

But the so-called Orthodox activists, as well as the Orthodox entrepreneur Vasily Boyko-Veliky and professor of St. Petersburg University, Igor Froyanov, who asked the Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky and director of the Tretyakov Gallery Irina Lebedev to move the picture of Ilya Repin and his son Ivan on November 16, 1581 from the exposure to the reserves.

It is difficult to say that it was awarded by activists, an entrepreneur and a scientist to write their appeal - maybe for the first time in their life they got into the Tretyakov Gallery and were shocked by the creation of Repin. Or maybe this bloody picture, according to a sudden wonderful hunch, appeared before their inner gaze, and they suddenly realized that it slanders the Russian people, the Russian state, Russian pious kings and queens. One way or another, they asked the picture to take it off, calling it “a vile, slander and false in both his plot and his picturesque reproduction” and reporting for persuasiveness: it was proved by science that Ivan the Terrible did not kill his son.

On this basis, the art critic, head of the latest movements of the Russian Museum Alexander Borovsky believes, it would be forbidden to prohibit Pushkin’s “small tragedies”, because Salieri did not kill Mozart, and also send Suvorov’s canvas “The crossing of Suvorov through the Alps”, since there are soldiers from the rocks on the tasks, and the paintings of Vereshchagin are too many corpses of Russian soldiers there.

Alexander Borovsky is extremely sympathetic to the idea of “Mitkov” to rewrite the picture of Repin and give Ivan the Terrible a new son - small, ruddy, in diapers, according to an art critic, it would be nice to give the king new subjects - always contented to everyone.

The Mitki themselves are also very inspired by their idea - to console Ivan the Terrible in trouble, to remove a terrible tragedy from his life, to give him instead of the murdered son of a brand new baby. “The picture will be such a“ epoch -making ”, 2 by 2 and a half meters, my wife Tatyana and I measured it, we will make one in one, I already started drawing,” says the main “Mitek” Dmitry Shagin. “During the week we will make the picture of“ Mitka’s men to the menacing of a new son ”, and while Repin’s painting hangs in its place.”

But Shagin’s bold thought extends even further, because he believes that the story with Repin is only the beginning: “I have looked - first of all, you will have to rewrite the picture“ Peter the First and Tsarevich Alexei ” - an obviously custbitant picture. Yes, and almost all the paintings of the Wanderers too: they insult either history or feelings of believers.”

According to Dmitry Shagin, the path to the reserve is also provided with another picture of Repin - “Cossacks write a letter to the Turkish Sultan”, since the picture is not tolerant, because it is known that in this letter, an abnormitative vocabulary was used. Anyway, he says, in the Tretyakov Gallery and the Russian Museum it will be possible to leave only the landscapes of Shishkin and Aivazovsky, although not all - the “ninth shaft” is better to remove, and the “bears” are also unknown what kind of bears. And the Hermitage will have to be closed in general: there is completely unhappy Danaya Rembrandt, which has already been doused once with acid, and Apollo without panties, and generally full of naked nature. So other artists can safely pick up the initiative of Mitkov to rewrite disgraced paintings - there will be enough work for everyone.

Anthropologist Ilya console, although he is inclined to attach to the so -called Orthodox activists the old Russian proverb “Make a fool to pray to God, he will be broken down, he nevertheless believes that these are“ wonderful freaks that decorate our life with remarkable ideas, which we always have the opportunity to laugh. ” According to Ilya console, Mitka caught the very essence of the idea of prohibiting Repin, since this idea is actually an artistic action in order to attract attention.
