The news from the courtroom is monotonous, but here is a special case: Mikhail Kosenko will not sit in the camp. The patient Kosenko, according to the diagnosis made on behalf of the court, suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. That is, it is dangerous for himself and for society, “cannot understand the nature and significance of criminal proceedings and its procedural situation” and therefore is subject to forced treatment in a general hospital hospital. Which was required to make a punitive verdict.

The President of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia Yuri Savenko, commenting on the work of colleagues, does not leave stone on a stone from their "examination", and this is a rather terrible text. We will learn from it not only about various kinds of contradictions in the study, but, it seems, about direct forgery. In fact, one of two: either Kosenko does not understand his condition, or "dissimulates mental disorders." Or he is apathetic - or irritable. And even more terrible the fact that a really sick, but adequate person, that is, a citizen with an aggravated reaction to humiliation and suffering, which are unbearable in prison and for a healthy one, still languishes in a pre -trial detention center. Then they will be locked in a hospital, along with hard and incurable patients, and only the deadlines of his release from this exclamation will depend on the doctors. From the doctors and from the authorities, which, according to the same Soviet tradition, will begin to decide how much the patient is supposed to suffer so that the one to whom Kosenko spoils the inauguration feels avenged.

Fantastic is still a country-Putin's Russia.
